You can create a blog with many users at
Create an account then go to Settings then choose Permissions. Under Blog Authors, add the email addresses of the people who can post in your blog then click Invite. You can have up to 100 authors per blog.

You can even create a twitter account and let them use the same account and all twitters are added to your wordpress blog.
This is a short and quick way to blog on the run, on your phone or using google talk and other. This is a real fun way.
The only limitation is with this twitter dot com idea you can only allow one account that will blog your entries. Therefore the same people need to use the same twitter acount.
I think that if you set a few ID rules you may get this right.
