1) get a payed webhost and domain name
2) get a blogging script (eg wordpress)
3) have interesting blogs so that you will have enough visitors.
After you have enough (loyal) visitors, insert ads (start with google ads), but don’t make them obnoxious and too much. And make sure they don’t stop users from reading your content.
If people click on these ads, you get money.
Alternately you could do some pay-per-post type of blogs. This means that you review some products and get payed.
