I remember few months ago that I had promised to share about contact form for wordpress blog.

When you look at my contact us page, you will see a clean and neat contact form, where visitors can contact me using the form without exposing my email address. Many years back, to build such a form may cost you a fortune, but today is F.R.E.E!

I used Secure & Accessible PHP Contact Form By Mike Cherim and Mike Jolley. It is a free plugin that gives you Peace Of Mind when creating contact form into your wordpress blog.

You can download the stable version plugin from here.

Download Secure & Accessible PHP Contact Form. Install and activate the plugin as usual.

Then go to the Contact Form settings page, which located same level as left hand side Menu bar of your dashboard. Just fill in the details like name, email, timezone and others if necessary.

Then go to Documentation, look for the instructions on how to insert the contact form in your page. For example, I create a page called Contact Us, then insert the code

into the page body in HTML mode. Then you should see your contact form appear in your Contact Us page.

Simple dead easy!
